Sales Manager can be launched from Store Manager tool bar button or from the system tray icon menu.

Using Order Manager, you can select orders then click in the menu to generate emails to notify your customer about the order status.

There also is a User Manager to help you manage your customer database. (also launched from sales manager window).

Both Order Manager and User Manager can be launched from Sales Manager toolbar buttons.

Mail Manager/Mail Editor  can save big for you! Instead of going to different places in eBay web site to check or send messages, feedbacks, disputes, best offers or second chance offers, you can do all of them in one place --- the mail manager which can also be used to send/receive regular email.

Even to save you more, you can create mail templates to send group mails. The content in the mail templates will be automatically replaced with the customer or order information for each receiver before they are sent out.

To switch among Inventory Manager, Purchase Order Manager, and Return Manager, click the menu style button in the top-right corner of the Stock Manager. The display style of inventory records viewer/editor, purchase order items viewer/editor, return items viewer/editor can be customized. Switch to the view first, then click "Options" button in the Stock Manager window tool bar, you can set styles for the current view in the popup window.

You can also create the email advertisement in the ad editor. Online advertisement editing is based on the advertisement template from the web site that will provide you the advertisement service. So the advertisement format requirement may be different when the template is different.

Email advertisement editing can be treated as web page editing because the email content need to be hosted in the web site when it's sent out. (So you have to subscribe web store seller or higher account in order to send out email advertisement)

Advertisement manager is the place where you can set your advertisement strategies.
